Important – Read carefully.

This License Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you as an individual or single entity (hereinafter the
“Licensee”) and the Forex Goldmine (hereinafter the “Licensor”) for the use of the Forex Goldmine product together with all prior and/or
subsequent versions, and all updates thereto (hereinafter the “PRODUCT”).

By modifying, copying or otherwise using the PRODUCT, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the Licensee does
not agree to any part of the terms of this Agreement, THE LICENSEE CAN NOT INSTALL, USE, DISTRIBUTE, OR REPLICATE IN ANY
MANNER, ANY PART, FILE OR PORTION OF THE PRODUCT, OR USE THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES.

LICENSE GRANT.

The PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. Upon acceptance of this Agreement the Licensor grants the Licensee a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free license to use the PRODUCT on the trading account registered on the Licensee’ name.

INSTALLATION AND USE.

The Licensee can use the PRODUCT for any MT4 trading account registered on HIS NAME within the rights according to the license’ type
purchased. The PRODUCT components used in autotrading are licensed separately for each trading account registered on the Licensee’ name.
The Licensee agrees to ask the Licensor via Support Center for new ex4 or dll file (which may be needed for PRODUCT work) every time he
needs to use the PRODUCT with new trading account registered on his name. The number of accounts the Licensee can use with the PRODUCT
is determined by the type of license he purchased (Demo license allows using the PRODUCT on any number of demo accounts, the Lifetime
license allows using the PRODUCT on 1 live account only, the Monthly license allows using the PRODUCT on 1 live account only).

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

1. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
The Licensee may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works, modify, translate, or disassemble the PRODUCT, and only to the
extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. The Licensee agrees to take all reasonable, legal
and appropriate measures to prohibit the illegal dissemination of the PRODUCT or any of its constituent parts and files to the fullest extent of all
applicable local, federal and international laws and treaties regarding anti-circumvention, including but not limited to the Geneva and Berne
World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Diplomatic Conferences.

2. Separation of Components, their Constituent Parts and Files.
The PRODUCT is licensed as an indivisible unit. The PRODUCT and its constituent parts and any provided files may NOT be reverse
engineered, decompiled, disassembled or separated for use on more than one computer, nor placed for distribution, sale, or resale by the Licensee.
The provision of source code, if included with the PRODUCT, does not constitute transfer of any legal rights to such code, and resale or
distribution of all or any portion of all source code and intellectual property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of all applicable local, federal
and international laws. All PRODUCT libraries, source code, files and documentation remain the Licensor’s exclusive property.

3. Transfer.
The Licensee may NOT rent, lease, or lend the PRODUCT. The Licensee may NOT permanently or temporarily transfer ANY of his/her rights
under this EULA to any individual or entity. Only the Licensee has the right to use the libraries, redistributables, or other files of the PRODUCT
(or any portions thereof) for autotrading with the PRODUCT. In particular, the Licensee may NOT share copies of the PRODUCT with other
users. The Licensee may NOT reproduce or distribute any PRODUCT documentation owned by the Licensor without the Licensor explicit
permission. The Licensee may NOT distribute the PRODUCT, in any format, to other users for any purpose. The Licensee may NOT use the
PRODUCT to create any tool or product that directly or indirectly competes with the PRODUCT.

4. Updates.
Downloading the Demo license for the PRODUCT authorizes the Licensee to upgrade for the Lifetime one at any time after using the Demo
license. Purchasing the Lifetime or Monthly license for the PRODUCT authorizes the Licensee to get free updates, upgrades and new versions of
the PRODUCT within the version line (e.g. 3.x.). After the official release of new version line for the PRODUCT (e.g. 4.x.) the Licensee is
entitled to use the license with the PRODUCT versions released before without any time limitations, however the Licensee is not entitled to get
free upgrades, updates and new versions of the PRODUCT released within the next version line. The Licensee has the right to renew the license
for the PRODUCT for new version line using the current pricing rules of Licensor and to prolong the right to get free updates, upgrades and new
PRODUCT’ versions released within the next version line. If the Licensee is using the PRODUCT’ version not registered the Licensor will not
provide the Licensee with updates, upgrades and fixes related to the PRODUCT.
DISCLAIMER.

The Licensor expressly disclaims any warranty for the PRODUCT. The PRODUCT is proved "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either
express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the PRODUCT remains with the Licensee.

LIMITATION ON AND EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES.

The Licensee can recover from the Licensor only direct damages up to the amount the licensee paid for the PRODUCT. The Licensee cannot
recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, exchange trade loses, special, indirect, incidental or any other damages. This
limitation applies to claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence, or other tort to the extent
permitted by applicable law. It also applies even if repair, replacement or a refund for the software does not fully compensate the Licensee for any
losses; or the Licensor knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.

The Licensor will provide the Licensee with technical support services related to the PRODUCT ("Support Services”) within the version line
(e.g. 3.x.) and license type. Use of Support Services is governed by the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor’s policies and terms
described in the user manual, in "on line" documentation and/or other Licensor provided materials.

Any supplemental PRODUCT provided to the Licensee as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the PRODUCT and subject to
the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to technical information the Licensee provides to the Licensor as part of the Support
Services, the Licensor may use such information for its business purposes, including for PRODUCT support and development. The Licensor will
not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies the Licensee without his written permission.

COPYRIGHT.

All title and copyrights in and to the PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, algorithms, settings, demos, source code, intermediate
files, packages, photographs, animations, video, audio, text and "applets" incorporated into the PRODUCT, the accompanying printed materials,
and any copies of the PRODUCT and its parts) are owned by the Licensor. The PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty
provisions. The EULA doesn’t provide the Licensee with any rights regarding the PRODUCT or any of its constituent parts and any proprietary
notices, labels, or other identifying marks owned by the Licensor. Licensee may NOT remove any proprietary notices, labels, or other identifying
marks on the PRODUCT.

The Licensor retains all ownership in and to all copies of the PRODUCT itself.

TERM AND TERMINATION.

The Agreement becomes effective when the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by downloading, using, accessing or
manipulating the PRODUCT (the "Effective Date"), and this Agreement will terminate immediately upon notice to the Licensee of the fact the
Licensor knows the Licensee materially breaches any term or condition of this Agreement. Starting from this notification the Licensee cannot use
the PRODUCT and ask Licensor for further support and assistance.

The Licensor reserves all rights not specifically granted in this EULA.

The Licensor reserves the right to make changes in this EULA at any moment by publishing the appropriate alterations on www.forexgoldmine.com

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

THE LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND
BY ITS TERMS. THE LICENSEE FURTHER AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT
OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LICENSEE AND THE LICENSOR, AND SUPERCEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR
AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATER OF THIS
AGREEMENT.

The product installs easily, and can be run right out of the box with the default settings. These initial settings are very conservative, and the EA has been carefully crafted to keep your account from getting a margin call. This EA is PERFECT for newbies who have never used an expert advisor.

There is a feature in the EA that is called the Balance Factor, it is what keeps people from messing with the lot sizes and over-leveraging their accts.

Here's what the developer says about using the Balance Factor:

The lot size is automatically adjusted upwards as the balance increases. It does not use only the initial balance, but it uses the current balance. If you start with a $50,0000 balance and your BalanceFactor is 5000, then the EA will trade 0.10 lots to start with. Once your balance reaches $55,000, then the EA will automatically increase the lot size to 0.11 lots. (provided you are trading with a broker that allows you to trade in .01 lot increments.)

You can get 200:1 with Gain-UK (forex.com), just ask them. 200:1 is the smallest leverage recommended for the Robominer and works fine, it's what the developers are using for all size accts, as it trades with micro mini lots in .01 increments.

You should always set your lot size to 0.0 and use the BalanceFactor to determine your lot size. You determine how aggressive you are going to be by increasing or decreasing your BalanceFactor.

If trading both currencies (highly recommended), then the minimum BalanceFactor (most aggressive) to use is 3500. That is the most aggressive you should ever get.

As you increase your BalanceFactor, you are getting less aggressive and more conservative. So, a BalanceFactor of 4000 to 5000 would be moderate, and a BalanceFactor of 6000 or higher would be conservative.

But notice, you are determining that by changing your BalanceFactor. You should normally not set a lot size at all. Leave it at 0.0. You don't decide what trading lots you want. The BalanceFactor must determine that. If you trade more lots than what the BalanceFactor says is safe, then you are no longer trading the RoboMiner system, but instead are trading an unsafe system of your own design.

The only time to set a lot size is when you have been trading for years, your account balance has grown to $150,000 or more, and you want to lock in a conservative lot size for life, that will grow no larger, so that you can retire off the monthly profits.

The Robominer II EA is a grid robot and works on these 2 pairs:

AUD/NZD and EUR/CHF

either separately or together, it depends upon your brokerage and your account size.

NEW FEATURES!

The RoboMiner has now been updated to version v2.19, called RoboMiner II.

It includes changes made to incorporate the new NFA FIFO rules for U.S. brokers and also the historical highs of the AUD/NZD!

It has a pre-set grid and will place only sell orders in the upper grid and place only buy orders in the lower grid. The grid step is 40 pips wide.

If you are running it on IBFX or another FIFO-ruled U.S. brokerage, and the FIFO=True, it will close out all trades for each pair when the equity reaches
100.3 % (or .3% gain for that pair) to 101.5% (or 1.5% gain for that pair). This means more trades are closed each month with less drawdown overall.

If you are running it on a non-regulated NFA broker, the FIFO setting is at False, and each trade will close with a Take Profit of 40 pips.

It has a send E-Mail feature and Stealth Mode feature added, along with the ability to shut off the internal close of orders, and close only with the TP.

This new version works on both ECN and Dealing Desk brokers and has less drawdown than the original version.

Personally, I like trading the Robominer with FXPRO.com because they offer up to 500:1 leverage and because this is a grid EA, it needs the extra breathing room....each lot costs less and thus uses less margin. They only offer .1 mini lot sizes, so you need a minimum of $10,000 to trade one recommended currency pair at a time. The spreads are good and the EA works well with them and they have no problem with scalping or EA's.

The RoboMiner Pro is essentially a RoboMiner II with the RangeStart, TradeRange, Instances, CenterRange and Shift settings opened up so that they can be modified by the user. That is why it is so similar to the RoboMiner II. It is meant to be traded in a similar way as the RoboMiner II, but with the ability for the user to make small changes to those particular settings to try to tweak it for better performance.

It allows the user to determine the start point of the
grid, the TradeRange in pips (they can set it to trade
a 35 pip grid instead of 40, for example) and also vary the
center point for crossover between buy and sell. It
can be traded on any currency pair, and not just the
AUDNZD or EURCHF. It has all of these advantages while
maintaining the relative simplicity of the RoboMiner II and avoiding
the extreme complexity of the GT-Shadow.

However, if you are a complete novice to EA's, it would be much better for you to start with the RoboMiner II, as it's much simpler to set up, and is perfect for newbies. Also, for maximum safety, the RoboMiner II is recommended to trade IRA accounts, or if using the PRO, to use the RoboMiner II settings.
